CellForm

Metallic Bipolar Plates

CellForm manufactures metallic bipolar flow plates for electrolysers and fuel cells. They developed an all new way to manufacture bipolar plates with the most sophisticated and advantageous design and shape. The flow plates provide unique conditions in the stack for the best possible stack power and efficiency. CellForm offers their customers an individual plate design for their hydrogen application.

At CellForm, they develop everything in-house. From their own presses, their tools to our welding machines. This allows to perfectly match everything to produce the most efficient bipolar plates. They have successfully implemented projects in a wide variety of industries using stainless steel, titanium and aluminum.

The manufacturing process is also very easy to scale up to meet the increasing demand and to achieve the lowest price possible.

HTEC

Fueling the Drive to Hydrogen

HTEC works across the clean hydrogen value chain, developing, integrating, and operating clean hydrogen energy solutions in strategic North American markets to enable the transportation sector’s transition to a low-carbon future.

HTEC is planning and building multiple clean hydrogen production facilities across Canada including the development of three plants in BC, with the first expected to begin operations by 2024. These facilities will supply HTEC’s growing network of hydrogen fueling stations which will target both light- and heavy-duty transport.

Additionally, the company facilitates the transition of medium- and heavy-duty fleets to zero-emission vehicles in Canada and the US. Currently, HTEC is a key partner in several large consortium projects, providing hydrogen fueling solutions and services in Alberta, California, and Washington for medium- and heavy-duty transportation.

SILO PSA

Extremely small footprint

With over 45 years’ experience in pressure swing adsorption and rotary PSA design, manufacturing, sales, and support, the SILO team has optimized SILO PSA for price, performance, and RAS (reliability, availability, serviceability).

SILO PSA technology combines a proprietary single rotary distributor to eliminate over 50 process valves associated with comparable conventional PSA equipment and an integrated flow design to replace over 30 pipe spools with flow channels built into the distributor assembly. TECO 2030

Europe’s first Giga production

TECO 2030 is building up Europe’s first Giga production facility of hydrogen PEM fuel cell stacks and modules in Narvik, Norway. The production capacity will be built up through 2023 and early 2024, targeting an output capacity of 120 MW of fuel cells in 2024, 400 MW in 2025 and 1.6 GW in 2030.
