Ticket & Registration FAQ

In what currency can I pay?

All tickets and registration for hy-fcell Canada are payable in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes are extra.

Can I register / pay onsite?

For the Expo, tickets can be purchased online and onsite. Only credit cards are accepted.

For the Conference, tickets and registration are available online only (due to planning requirements).

What is included in the "2-day Conference Ticket"?

This ticket includes entrance to all conference sessions and the trade fair, plus lunch, coffee and the evening event with dinner.

Is there a student discount for the conference?

Yes, we offer a Student 2-day Conference ticket. (It does not include Evening Event.)

Is the Evening Event included in my ticket?

The Evening Event is included in the two tickets noted below. A separate Evening Event Ticket can be purchased online if you would like access separately or in combination with different ticket.

Can tickets sell out?

Yes, the number of tickets for the Evening Event and the Technical Tour is limited.

Can I visit the Expo only?

Yes, a “2-Day Expo” ticket may be purchased. It is valid for access on both days. It is non-transferrable. Matching ID may be requested upon re-entry.

Are tickets refundable?

Refunds are generally possible but the amount refunded depends on the time left before the event starts. The event Terms & Conditions offer further details (below).

Please note: Name changes are possible in advance of the event! If a colleague can take your place, please contact us by email at least 3 business days before the event starts.

Are tickets transferrable?

Name changes are possible in advance of the event. If you cannot attend, but a colleague or acquaintance can take your place, please contact us by email at least 3 business days before the event starts.

Once a ticket has been used, it is non-transferrable!
